Applicants Inc. a permanent placement employment agency was established by Martin Harlick in 1995 to serve manufacturing clients throughout Southern Ontario. Applicants Inc. recruits and places managers, supervisors and salaried staff in: Operations, Engineering, Quality, Materials and Finance. The majority of assignments are exclusive to Applicants Inc. and all are full time, permanent positions.
