Our resume analysis feature helps job seekers find matching opportunities. By using this service, you agree to the following:

  • You may only upload your own resume or resumes you have permission to process
  • Resume files must not contain malicious code or content

Service Limitations:

  • Matching results depend on the quality and format of your resume
  • We are not responsible for employment outcomes
  • The service is provided for informational purposes only
  • We reserve the right to limit or terminate access to resume analysis at any time

Data Handling:

  • Resume files are NOT permanently stored - they are processed and immediately deleted
  • Only your email address is retained for communication purposes
  • You can request deletion of your email address at any time
  • No personally identifiable information from resumes is permanently stored
  • All processing is performed using secure, encrypted connections

3. Job Postings

  • Employers can post jobs for free or as promoted listings
  • Free job postings require email verification
  • Promoted job postings require payment
  • All job postings are subject to review and approval
  • Job posts remain active for 30 days

4. Content Guidelines

4.1 Job Postings Must:

  • Be QA-related positions
  • Include accurate company information
  • Provide truthful job descriptions
  • Include valid contact information
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws
  • Be posted and verfied with email originating from the company domain

4.2 Prohibited Content:

  • Duplicate job postings
  • Fraudulent or misleading information
  • Discriminatory content
  • Spam or promotional content unrelated to job offerings

QA Careers reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Promoted Job Listings

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • One-time payment is required for each promotion period
  • Fees are non-refundable once the promotion begins
  • Pricing details are available on our website
  • No refunds are provided

6. Job Cancellation

We reserve the right to remove any job posting for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the platform
  • Non-payment

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Website design
  • Logos
  • Database content
  • User interface

is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by QA Careers.
