Non-Functional Testing Expert (Performance / Reliability)
Job Description
You will join a project delivered within a large financial organization, focused on ensuring high-quality payment systems in terms of performance, reliability, and resilience. You will have a real impact on the stability of systems operating in a production environment.
Responsibilities
Creating non-functional testing strategies and test plans based on risk analysis
Designing and executing performance, reliability, and resilience tests
Analyzing test results and identifying performance issues
Collaborating with technology teams to resolve issues
Reviewing and optimizing test cases and test scripts
Prioritizing and coordinating the defect resolution process
Integrating non-functional testing into CI/CD pipelines
Preparing reports and presenting results to stakeholders
Collaborating with distributed teams and external vendors
Participating in projects delivered in the SAFe methodology
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in software testing
Minimum 5 years of experience in non-functional testing (performance, reliability)
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling)
Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git, Subversion)
Ability to work with SQL and analyze reports (e.g., AWR)
Experience with Jira (QTest is a plus)
Knowledge of technologies: XML, SOAP, JSON
Nice to have: experience with Linux/Unix, cloud environments, and mainframe systems
Very good command of English
