Job Description
50% hands-on and 50% leadership of a team of 36 QA resources geographically spread.
Responsible for managing teams specializing in data engineering, manual testing, test automation, as well as performance testing
Participate in test strategy discussions, Automation estimations and plan executions
Provide technical guidance/support to onsite/offshore teams.
Fix the issues/challenges within the onsite/offshore teams.
Communicate project team risks with mitigations along with timely follow- ups.

Skills And Requirements
7+ years of experience in data engineering testing as well as experience in a lead role within the space both onshore and offshore
Proficient in Python, Java, Selenium, Azure DevOps, GitHub
Experience in automation architecture development and maintenance
Ability to build high quality test strategy, test plan, test cases, sign-off for all testing activities: functional, regression, smoke, integration, end-to-end testing.
Experience in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
