Description

• Develop a thorough understanding of eCommerce products to be tested, including functional and technical requirements and customer business processes.


• Actively participate in planning sessions and all scrum ceremonies, providing meaningful inputs.


• Collaborate with the scrum team and product owner to develop test scenarios for producing test cases and scripts.


• Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts based on new product feature requirements and defect fixes.


• Create and execute regression test packs.


• Review requirements/specifications for testability and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate product acceptance criteria.


• Specify requirements for environment data resources and tools, ensuring appropriate test environments are provisioned.


• Create detailed test scenarios and cases.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing.


• Strong hands-on experience testing front-end and back-end eCommerce systems.


• Extensive experience in defining manual/automated functional test specifications, test execution, and reporting.


• Experience with API Testing (Postman) and Jenkins for CI/CD.


• Ability to understand complex business and technical domains.


• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.


• Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Attention to detail.


• Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.


• Passion for software quality.

Pay and Benefits


The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.98/hr.
