Test Lead (Employee Central)

Responsibilities:

Lead the sub-stream "Testing & Migration" in the global SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation project

Create and maintain an overall test & migration strategy aligned with project goals

Define detailed test cases and scenarios to validate system functionality and data accuracy

Configure and manage migration tools and test automation platforms

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a business perspective, ensuring operational readiness

Provide consultation on best practice test management approaches in large-scale HRIS implementations

 

Requirements:

Proven experience leading Employee Central implementations for large, international organizations

Demonstrated ability to design and execute test & migration strategies in complex, international environments

Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Advanced knowledge of Test Management methodologies and tools

Fluent in English

Skilled in Vendor Management and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have:

Knowledge of German
