■Responsibilities

・Developing the testing and quality improvement process for the core system QA group.

・Planning, designing, and executing tests for product development projects in various environments, such as waterfall and agile.

・Conducting tests using computers and smartphones

・Reporting and providing feedback on test results

・Negotiating and coordinating with developers, designers, and directors on assigned projects

・Proposing and implementing improvements for the overall product development process

・Creating manuals

■Requirements

・Over 5 years of QA Engineer experience.

・QA experience with web/mobile apps (iOS/Android).

・Experience in test planning, design, and execution.

・Experience in fast-paced IT/Web development (Agile is a plus).

・Experience standardizing and improving QA processes.

・Knowledge of QA tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail).

・Japanese: Business level or above.
