Senior Test Automation Consultant
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute automated frontend testing (main focus) and backend testing
Support API testing activities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand requirements and define testing scope
Support manual testing when needed (~30% of time)
Work effectively in a Scrum team and actively participate in agile ceremonies
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks: Playwright (TypeScript), Cypress (JavaScript), Java (Selenium, RestAssured), Cucumber (for API testing)
Experience with JIRA and qTest
Knowledge of GIT or other version control systems (we use Bitbucket)
Solid understanding of frontend testing principles
Proven track record of working in agile/Scrum environments and delivering high-quality automated tests
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across roles (developers, analysts, Product Owners)
Proactive approach with a sense of ownership for assigned tasks
Willingness to work from the office at least 2 days a week (Tricity or Warsaw) or as required
Very good command of English (oral and written)
