Rate: 160-180 PLN net+VAT/ h
Remote
Tasks:
Take over the leadership role for the cross-team QA Community of Practice.
Support QAs in communication with internal/external stakeholders and set priorities.
Design, build, and maintain automated tests (Java, Selenium, Cucumber).
Improve automation practices, perform code reviews, and share best practices.
Manage test coverage KPIs and reduce manual regression backlog.
Requirements:
5+ years in test automation and 1+ year in a leadership role (QA Lead/Community Lead).
Programming experience in Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
Proficiency in API and Frontend testing.
Solid knowledge of BDD and Gherkin driven methodologies.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins) and Agile (Scrum, XP).
Experience with Performance testing.
Practical knowledge of DevOps principles.
Strong background in exploratory testing and manual testing theory.
Language: Fluent in English (technical and business).
Must be allowed to work on B2B in Poland.
