Job Description
Join a long-term collaboration with a US-based software company serving the automotive industry. You will be part of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of an application monitoring solution built on AWS, utilizing Elastic Search and Kibana. This is a high-responsibility role that blends traditional automated testing with production stability, monitoring, and release support.
Engagement Details
Client Location: USA.
Rate: 120-150 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)
Duration: 12+-month contract
Start Date: ASAP.
English Level: Minimum B2
Responsibilities
Automated Testing: Development and maintenance of test suites to ensure high software quality.
Observability & Monitoring: Developing and maintaining monitoring solutions using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana.
Production Stability: Monitoring production environments and providing immediate incident response.
Release Support: Supporting deployment processes and participating in on-call shifts during releases (minimum once per month).
Collaboration: Working closely with technical teams on the client side and internal project squads.
Requirements
Cloud Infrastructure: Strong proficiency in AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch).
Test Automation: Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, and Postman.
Monitoring Tools: Deep knowledge of the ELK Stack and Grafana.
CI/CD & DevOps: Experience with GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy, and basic knowledge of Terraform.
Databases: Solid knowledge of SQL Server.
Release Management: Practical experience in managing and supporting release processes.
Availability & Working Hours
Core Hours: Availability required at least until 17:00 CET.
Synchronous Work: Regular meetings with the US team between 15:00 and 16:00 CET.
Flexibility: Readiness for ad-hoc activities in the late afternoon and mandatory on-call availability during release cycles.
