Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Test Manager to lead and manage the testing strategy and execution for a large-scale ERP implementation. The role involves overseeing all testing activities across System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality delivery and system readiness before go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the overall ERP testing strategy, including SIT and UAT phases
Plan, coordinate, and execute test activities in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and test data
Monitor and track test execution progress, defects, and resolution status
Ensure timely identification, reporting, and follow-up of issues and risks
Validate end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and data migration
Ensure quality standards are met and the system is fully ready for go-live
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams throughout the testing lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Test Manager in ERP implementations
Strong knowledge of SIT and UAT processes and methodologies
Experience coordinating across business and IT teams
Solid understanding of end-to-end process validation, integrations, and data migration
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with large-scale or global ERP programs
Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems
Structured and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
