Job Overview
Support global technology initiatives with a strong focus on project coordination, SDLC, testing (Functional & E2E) and operational readiness in a fast‑changing, deadline‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support regional and global projects across multiple workstreams
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies
Coordinate cross‑functional and offshore stakeholders
Support SDLC activities across Agile and Waterfall
Lead and support Functional & E2E testing (planning, execution, defects)
Conduct test scenario walkthroughs and test script reviews
Track and resolve testing gaps prior to go‑live
Support release management and production readiness
Analyze business and technology processes; recommend improvements
Document findings, processes, user manuals and training materials
Support operational readiness and ongoing process optimization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Experience supporting large, global technology initiatives
Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
Hands‑on experience with Functional and E2E testing
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a global, multi‑cultural environment
Flexibility to support EMEA/UK and global working hours
