Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a Junior IT Tester to become a vital part of our Integrated Risk Management Application (IRMA) team at the bank. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of functional testing experience, thrive in an Agile environment, and demonstrate proficiency in English. Your contributions will help revolutionize our approach to non-financial risk management and enhance overall business value.
Main Responsibilities
The Junior IT Tester will be engaged in the following core duties:
Conduct functional testing to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with team members to define testing requirements.
Document and communicate test results to involved stakeholders.
Identify, report, and track defects through JIRA and Qtest.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
Assist in the development of testing strategies and methodologies.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience with functional testing.
Proficiency in English.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Experience using JIRA and Qtest.
Nice to Have
Advanced Excel usage.
