Job Description
Required Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Proven experience with REST API testing and SQL data validation (PostgreSQL preferred).
Strong grasp of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and manual testing.
Proficiency with JIRA, XRAY, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
Hands-on exposure to test automation alongside manual processes.
Ability to work effectively within distributed teams and operate independently.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to UI automation (Playwright/Robot Framework) and guide junior team members in QA best practices.
Use tools like Postman or Bruno for REST API testing and validate backend logic with SQL.
Work with DevOps, Product Owners, and Developers to maintain quality throughout the SDLC.
Perform exploratory, functional, integration, and regression testing on web and backend systems.
Design and maintain detailed manual test cases and scenarios.
Identify, track, and report bugs using JIRA.
Review requirements early to identify gaps and provide quality assessments for releases.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Python scripting.
Understanding of microservices, Kafka, event-driven systems, and high-availability architectures.
Strong background in Robot Framework or Playwright for UI testing.
