Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated entry-level Business Analyst / QA Analyst to support requirement gathering, documentation, and software quality assurance activities. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery by assisting in defining requirements and ensuring applications meet functional and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and user needs


• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and process flows


• Support QA activities including test planning, test case creation, and execution


• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support


• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution


• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and validate fixes


• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives


• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standard

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field


• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Good written and verbal communication skills


• Attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Familiarity with tools like Excel, JIRA, or similar (preferred but not required)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of software testing concepts and QA methodologies


• Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis


• Exposure to requirement documentation techniques (user stories, use cases)


• Internship or academic project experience in BA or QA
