Digital QA


Introduction:


At SACRUM, we believe in the power of strong teams to drive innovation and create extraordinary results. As a Digital QA at SACRUM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards and exceeds end-user requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle complex quality assurance issues and collaborate with internal IT staff to find resolutions.

  • Draft and revise comprehensive testing documentation including plans, conditions, and scripts.

  • Execute advanced tests based on established plans and scripts, document issues, and retest software corrections.

  • Plan and schedule user acceptance, alpha, and beta testing schedules.

  • Create test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic.

  • Identify, recommend, and implement changes to enhance quality assurance strategies.

Requirements:


Required Skills:


  • 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance.

  • Advanced SQL skills.

  • Experience with API development and Data Modeling.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Experience in QA testing, system design, and analysis.

  • Hands-on experience in developing QA plans and test cases.

  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, procedures, and documentation.

  • Experience with Quality Center and Quick Test Pro (QTP).

  • Project Management skills.

  • Training and communication skills.

  • Experience with query tools, SQL, and Toad.

Preferred Skills:


  • Certification(s) in Quality Assurance or related area.

  • Experience with DBT, AWS Glue, Snowflake.

  • Knowledge of various databases, applications, and technologies including Peoplesoft, AS400, Visual Basic, web applications, Cloud Computing, CRM, SalesForce, ETL, Informatica, GIS, GPS, ESP, and other reporting tools.

  • Expertise in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

  • Understanding of project risk from a quality perspective.

  • Subject matter knowledge of general business operations such as HR and Finance.
