Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development team. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA team. Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processes. Communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders.
