QA Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products by designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who are passionate and have a foundational understanding of software quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases for web and/or application features


• Perform manual testing and support automated testing efforts


• Conduct integration testing to ensure different system components work together properly


• Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities


• Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable


• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools


• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met


• Participate in requirement review and provide feedback from a quality perspective


• Continuously improve testing processes and practices within the team

Requirement

• Solid understanding of software testing principles (manual and automation testing)


• Experience in integration testing, regression testing, and test automation


• Experience using bug tracking or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar)


• Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset


• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team


• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies


• Interest or experience in working with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS) is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes


• Experience with API testing (Postman or similar tools)
