Job Description
These Senior Manual Testers will be working at a Global Hotel chain testing the hotel company’s .com website. They are also going to be testing a brand new application that is being integrated into their environment from a boutique hotel acquisition, so they must have the ability to write their own test cases from scratch, not just executing test cases. They will test for cross browser compatibility, new features/enhancements, and will test mobile devices. They are constantly adding new features and enhancements to the websites, so testing those new enhancements such as AI compatibility, multi languages, etc. will be a big part of this role. They will work on a hybrid onshore/nearshore team of 9 testers, (2 manual and 2 automation), 1 product owner, one designer and developers.

Skills And Requirements
10+ years direct experience as a QA and experience as a lead tester for major application integration and/or major application product release.
7+ years of Manual testing, 50% front end testing, 50% back end testing
Senior QA resources who can create test cases from scratch. They need to have gone beyond just executing their own tests, but who have come up with their own test plan as this is a new area and they are expected to document what they find.
Front end testing, testing web applications on commerce sites
Back end testing
Mobile device testing
CI/CD
Testing APIs (Insomnia, Postman), know how to make the back end calls and look at the response
Cross browser compatibility
Accessibility/WCAG standard knowledge
FLUENT IN SPANISH - Automation skills (write automation tests and be the go to person for automation eventually)

- Testing AI features
- Understanding of Java based code
