Job Description
Koordynacja procesu testowego
Zarządzanie procesem testowania na poziomie całej formacji
Współpraca z zespołami developerskimi
Bieżąca komunikacja z kilkoma równoległymi zespołami Scrum
Planowanie i nadzór nad testami
Tworzenie i utrzymywanie scenariuszy testowych (test cases), planowanie regresji po każdym Sprincie, nadzór nad testami UAT i akceptacyjnymi
Praca w środowisku Agile/Scrum
Aktywny udział w ceremoniach scrumowych
Zarządzanie dokumentacją testową
Prowadzenie dokumentacji w JIRA i Confluence, raportowanie wyników testów, defektów i ryzyk do interesariuszy.
Weryfikacja poprawności funkcjonalności systemów inwestycyjnych i bankowych - z uwzględnieniem specyfiki regulacyjnej branży finansowej.
Nasze wymagania
Min. 4 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu testami w środowisku zwinnym w ramach prac zespołów developerskich
Znajomość podejścia Agile / SCRUM
Znajomość narzędzi JIRA / Confluence
Znajomość branży inwestycyjnej i finansowej
Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
Wysokie umiejętności interpersonalne
Certyfikaty ISTQB
