Warsaw-based opportunity with a remote work model (up to 5 days per week).
As a Mid-Level Manual Tester – Database & Linux Environment, you will be working for our client, a leading industry player dedicated to delivering excellence through robust testing and data management solutions. You will contribute to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of critical data systems, supporting high-quality technology delivery in a dynamic environment. This role offers the chance to grow your skills at the intersection of testing, database management, and Linux environments.
Your main responsibilities:
Execute manual testing processes focusing on database verification and data integrity.
Search, retrieve, and create data within databases to support testing and validation tasks.
Utilize basic SQL commands to query and manipulate data effectively.
Work with Linux systems to navigate and perform testing tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and document testing issues.
Maintain detailed test documentation and report findings clearly and accurately.
Support continuous improvement of testing procedures and methodologies.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 2 years of experience in manual testing or similar roles.
Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
Strong attention to detail and technical focus.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work remotely in a disciplined and proactive manner.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
Experience in database management or querying beyond basic SQL.
Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
Certification in testing or related areas.
Language Required for the role:
Good command of Polish.
