Mobile Automation Tester
Salary: 500 - 800 pln/MD B2B
Location: Gdynia - Hybrid work (2 days in the office)

Role description
Responsibilities
Create and maintain automated tests for mobile applications
Support and execute manual testing activities when needed
Develop and maintain mobile test automation using Maestro
Contribute to web test automation using Playwright
Analyze test results and investigate unstable or flaky test behavior
Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams
Help improve QA processes and testing standards
Participate in evaluating and improving the automation framework in the long term
Requirements
3+ years of experience in QA automation testing
Experience with mobile test automation
Experience with Maestro or similar mobile automation tools
Experience with Playwright or similar web automation frameworks
Understanding of mobile application testing processes
Ability to work in unstable and rapidly changing environments
Willingness to combine automated and manual testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
English proficiency for daily collaboration
Nice to have
Experience with Detox
Experience testing React Native applications
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and test automation pipelines
