Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Manual Tester responsible for ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing of Salesforce solutions and participation in the product development process. You will work closely with our development and business teams, creating and executing test scenarios, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce implementations through functional testing, test planning, and implementation of quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities:
Creating and executing functional and integration test cases for Salesforce applications
Designing and maintaining test documentation and test scenarios specific to Salesforce configurations
Collaborating with the development team on Salesforce quality assurance
Identifying, reporting, and tracking system defects in Salesforce environments
Performing exploratory testing and usability testing of Salesforce solutions
Participating in requirements analysis and design reviews for Salesforce implementations
Testing Salesforce integrations with external systems
Suggesting improvements in testing processes and product quality
Executing regression testing and performance testing in Salesforce
Contributing to the development of testing standards and best practices
Supporting release processes and user acceptance testing
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other clouds)
Experience with Salesforce configuration testing (workflows, validation rules, process builder, flows)
Understanding of Salesforce data model and relationships
Experience in working with REST API and Salesforce API testing
Knowledge of SQL and SQL queries
Proficiency in using Jira and test management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
Nice to have:
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or others)
Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools (Provar, Selenium, AccelQ)
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Classic interfaces
Experience with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, middleware platforms)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Understanding of CI/CD principles in Salesforce context
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, or Marketing Cloud
