Job Description
You will be responsible for building automated test suites, validating REST/gRPC services, testing AI/LLM pipelines, and ensuring observability‑driven quality across distributed architectures.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing with strong expertise in Python-based backend systems.
EU citizenship is mandatory.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in another European language is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Python testing expertise (asyncio, fixtures, parametrization)
Solid experience with FastAPI or equivalent backend frameworks
Strong proficiency with pytest and Playwright
Experience with REST and gRPC API test automation
Solid understanding of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
Ability to design realistic, production-like test environments
OpenTelemetry experience (traces, metrics, logs)
Familiarity with Jaeger, Grafana, or similar stacks
Ownership mentality from API entry point to AI pipeline output
Ability to identify flaky tests and eliminate root causes
Strong analytical and debugging skills

Remote work setup with one visit per month to the Luxembourg office (2–3 days).
Rate: 500-520 EUR/day.
